Cancellation, return and exchange policy

●We will accept returns and exchanges within one week of receipt of the product, but only if the product is unopened.

●We will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges due to defects, incorrect items, shortages, or non-delivery caused by our company.

● Please note that if the return is due to customer's convenience, you will be responsible for shipping charges.

● When returning or exchanging an item, please return it by a method that leaves a proof of shipment, such as a courier service or Yu-Pack, and keep a copy of the shipping receipt. If the item is returned by regular mail or other method that does not leave a proof of shipment, we cannot take responsibility for accidents such as loss, misdelivery, or damage during shipping. Please also pack the item securely to prevent scratches or crushing of the box during shipping. Please note that we cannot accept returns if the item is scratched or the box is crushed.

●If you purchase multiple items at the same time, we will send you a recalculated invoice if you return or exchange only some of the items. If you have already paid by a payment method other than credit card, we will settle the payment by registered cash mail. If you paid by credit card, the product price will be refunded by the credit card company.
*The payment may be withdrawn from your credit card due to the closing date.
